An unverified supplier refers to a diverse company that is not considered valid within a customer's reporting requirements.  There are a few reasons for a supplier being considered unverified.  These possible reasons include:

-Your Customer does not accept the supplier's certification as a valid diversity certification (https://www.unifiedtier2.com/reporting-requirements.html for more information on your customer's reporting requirements)

-The supplier's certification is expired

-The information entered does not match the certification uploaded

Most certifications when uploaded correctly are instantly shown as verified.  This can change if reviewed and determined that the certification is in fact not correct.  If this decision is made, an email will be sent to the user informing them of the change and the process to verify the supplier.
