Visit https://www.unifiedtier2.com/ and click on 'Support' menu. Select 'Request Account Information' and enter your email address. Click 'Send me the instructions'. If the system says "No user with this email was found. Please verify your email address." this means that you do not have access to UniTier. Otherwise, the system will send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

To request an account, click 'Request an account" button and enter your full name, email address and provide other information needed on the form.
